“Mu Mu, breathe.” His breath brushed against her ear, causing her to shiver with goosebumps. Before she could break free, she was once again enveloped in his tenderness.

Su Mu’s one hand was still wrapped around his neck as she lightly patted his head. “It’s okay.”

She was also indulging in this wonderful moment, especially since it was with him.

Gu Shi withdrew his hand from beneath her clothing. His palm was still scorching hot, as if he could still feel the softness and delicacy from before.

For a while, neither of them moved. They needed some time to calm down and compose themselves.

After a while, Gu Shi got up. The desire in his eyes had faded, and he helped Su Mu to her feet. He carefully straightened her clothing and gradually tidied her messy hair.

“Are you still going swimming?”

Su Mu nodded. “Yes.”

She wanted to cool off and relieve some of the tension by soaking in the water.
